Easy ingredients, fast preparation
Why to use this ingredients?
- White beans: they are the basis for the protein balls. You’re probably surprised, but beans fit into sweet and salty recipes. They also have a creamy consistency and are rich in plant proteins.
- Dates: I use them as a sweetener that gives the balls a very pleasant and healthier sweetness than sugar.
- Almond flour: you can simply chop peeled almonds in a mixer. If you have protein powder at home, use it instead for even more proteins.
