Vegan Chocolate-Coconut Protein balls
Healthy protein balls with coconut flakes and chocolate. The perfect snack for in between made with only 6 ingredients!

- 250 g white beans
- 1 banana
- 60 g dates
- 30 g cocoa powder unsweetened
- 50 g coconut flakes and mor for decoration
- 60 g almond flour just chop almond in a blender OR vegan protein powder
Place the white beans, banana, dates and cocoa powder in a blender and mix for at least 3 minutes. Once a creamy mass has been created, put it in a bowl.
Stir the coconut flakes and the almond flour under the mixture. Form small balls with slightly wet hands and roll them in coconut flakes, nut crumbs or cocoa powder.
Store the protein balls in the fridge until consumption.
