Are you bored of your classic breakfast bread? Here is a delicious and healthy alternative:
Caramelized banana on wholemeal toast with ricotta cream!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal toast already toasted
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 40 g honey
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 banana lenghtwise halved
  • hazelnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Put the banana, halved lengthwise, into a pan with 10g honey and let it caramelize at medium heat for about 10 minutes. Halfway through the process, turn the banana over and pour the honey onto the banana with a spoon.
  • In the meantime, mix the ricotta with 30g of honey and the vanilla to a cream and squirt it onto the toasted slices of bread with a piping bag.
  • Place the roasted bananas on the toast and sprinkle over some hazelnuts. This breakfast toast fits perfectly with coffee or tea.
