What you need for the sugarfree granola:

Rolled oats are the basis for the granola. For this recipe, use large oats, so that the granola pieces are big and crunchy. You can just use gluten-free rolled oats for a gluten-free version.
Oats contain healthy carbohydrates and protein, so They’re the perfect way to start your day!

Nuts are the star performers in granola: they bring a delicious and aromatic flavor to it. I used hazelnuts and almonds, but you can also use other nuts. And the best part: since the granola is baked in the oven, the nuts are also roasted and like that they taste even more aromatic than usual!

Applesauce is a very popular substitute for eggs in vegan cooking. The applesauce binds the oats and the entire mass and sweetenes it as well because of the fructose from the apples.

Chia seeds are healthy, small grains. They contain a lot of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and they are just delicious! In addition, you can make delicious chia pudding with the miracle seeds.

Salt and cinnamon are especially important for the taste. If you want to add more spices like ginger powder, vanilla extract, etc, just give it a try.

Coconut oil helps the mixture to combine and to form large crunchy pieces. Also, add some plant milk at the end and then the mixture is perfect to be baked in the oven.

How to store the granola?

The granola should be stored as airtight as possible after baking. It is best to put the granola in a box after it has cooled down and close it well with a lid. Then you can put the box on a shelf.

How long does the granola stay fresh?

If the crunchy granola is stored correctly and airtight, it will keep for a long time. The granola is dry and firm, so there is no risk of the granola getting moldy after a few days. The granola remains crunchy at least 1-2 weeks, then it may become a little softer.

But as delicious as it is, tit will definitely be snacked on before!
