As you may already know, the crunchy granola purchased in the supermarket is full of sugar, preservatives and many other artificial substances whose names we don’t even know.
That is why I have decided to create an alternative that is free of sugar and made of only natural ingredients! And you won’t believe how easy it is to prepare and how delicious it tastes! You do not even notice that the granola doesn’t contain any sugar – and it is super crispy and crunchy!

Sugar free apple almond granola (vegan)
Ingredients
- 150 g apple cubes: 0,5 x 0,5 cm big cut of one small apple
- 125 g apple sauce sugar free
- 30 g coconut oil melted
- 100 g rolled oats if needed gluten free
- 50 g puffed rice or puffed whole-grain rice
- 50 g almonds chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius or 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the small apple into little cubes with the size of 0,5 x 0,5 cm.
- Mix the melted coconut oul and the apple sauce in a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything until the dry ingredients are mixed well with the wet ingredients.
- Spread the mixture with a kitchen palette on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake the granola in the oven until brown and crispy: for about 30-35 minutes. During baking time you should mix the granola at least twice.
- Allow to cool completely and enjoy or store in a container for up to 2 weeks.
