Tahini Crumble with strawberries and peaches (vegan)

Fruity filling
- 3 peaches
- 300 g strawberries
- 15 g starch
- 25 g sugar
Streusel topping
- 250 g flour
- 40 g rolled oats
- 100 g vegan butter or margarine
- 75 g tahini
- 50 g white sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash the fruits, quarter the strawberries, remove the stone of the peaches and cut them into small slices. Then mix the pieces of fruit with the starch and sugar and put them into the fire-proof casserole. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mix all the ingredients for the streusel (flour, rolled oats, vegan butter, tahini, white and brown sugar, vanilla) until medium-sized crumbs are formed. Place them on the pre-cooked fruits. Bake for another 30 minutes until the sprinkles are golden brown.
Serve the fruit crumble warm and to complete the dessert, add a scoop of vegan ice cream, whipped coconut cream or yogurt.
