Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or other dried herbs
  • some chili powder
  • some garlic powder
  • optionally lime juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 100 degrees Celsius or 210 Fahrenheit.
  • Separate the individual leaves of savoy cabbage, wash them and tear them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces on a baking tray, spray them with a little olive oil with the oil spray, add all the spices and mix everything together with your hands.
  • Let the savoy cabbage chips dry in the oven for about 45 minutes until they are slightly browned and nice and hard.
  • Remove from the oven, if desired sprinkle with some lime juice and enjoy with a delicious dip.
