Healthy savoy cabbage chips

- 1 savoy cabbage
- olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme or other dried herbs
- some chili powder
- some garlic powder
- optionally lime juice
Preheat your oven to 100 degrees Celsius or 210 Fahrenheit.
Separate the individual leaves of savoy cabbage, wash them and tear them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces on a baking tray, spray them with a little olive oil with the oil spray, add all the spices and mix everything together with your hands. Let the savoy cabbage chips dry in the oven for about 45 minutes until they are slightly browned and nice and hard.
Remove from the oven, if desired sprinkle with some lime juice and enjoy with a delicious dip.
