Vegan No-Bake Sweet Potato Brownies
Chocolatey, creamy, dense brownies without baking. With protein, healthy and vegan made of sweet potatoes with a cocoa topping- quick & easy to prepare in just 20 minutes.

- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or another sweetener
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 4 tbsp vegan protein powder alternatively oat flour or coconut flour
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in enough water until they are completely soft.
Pour away the water and mash the sweet potatoes with a wooden spoon until a creamy puree is formed. (Alternatively, you can also mix them in a blender).
Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon. Finally, add the protein powder spoon by spoon and mix it well underneath to form a thick mass.
Squeeze the brownie mass into a shape of your choice and dust it with cocoa powder. Alternatively, you can also form some brownie protein balls out of it and roll them in cocoa powder.
