- 180 g rolled oats
- 20 g chia seeds
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 50 g coconut oil melted
- 150 g apple sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30 ml vegan milk
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius or 302 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and the applesauce. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything so that the dry ingredients are mixed with the applesauce mixture.
Spread the mixture with an angled palette on a baking sheet with a baking paper. While doing so, press the mixture together a bit to create large crunchy pieces.
Bake the granola in the oven until brown and crisp: for about 40 minutes. During the baking time, you should turn the granola at least twice and mix it up a bit.
Let cool completely and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
